Trichy is an educational hub in TN. It is not as developed as Chennai but it has all the basic as well as social infrastructure that a city requires. It is a tier-2 city in Central Tamilnadu. Trichy is the option for students, retirees and the religiously inclined people. The cost of living is comparatively lower than Coimbatore and the facilities are comparatively not that much. However, it is better than Madurai and as mentioned above, has all the necessary facilities and amenities.
The best thing you could do is post an advertisement online on realty websites. Another option would be to get in touch with students or professors (if you or your close ones know) from NIT or any other reputed college and ask them to post about this on their college groups and Facebook.
You can also reach out to the local newspapers and advertise it there. There are many people who still prefer this method.
