• Open the official site of RERA in your state.

• You will be required to register as an individual agent or business.

• Pay the license fee that is mentioned on the page. The fee can differ from one place to another. 

• Upload all the documents that are needed for verification.

• You will be required to submit a copy of address proof, PAN Card, ITR for 3 years, etc.

• You will get your real estate license once all the documents are verified. You can track your application status on the RERA website.
