What Are The Reviews Of Casagrand Royale Phase 2, Sholinganallur, Chennai?

I am writing this Casagrand royale phase 2 review because I am so disappointed with the builder. I booked an apartment in the Casagrand Royale in Feb 2021 & the sales team was cooperative at that time. At the time of booking the handover timeline was Dec 2021. Once we paid 95% of the amount the response from Casagrand started becoming pathetic. Also, their CRM kept changing every couple of months; by the time you explain your issue there is a new CRM & the whole cycle begins again.

The timeline for handover has changed so many times - Dec 21, Mar 22, June 22, Sep 22, before Pongal 2023, etc. I am so tired of the delays. Please think many times before buying an apartment with Casagrand & wasting your precious money & sanity!

I visited this Casagrand Royale phase 2 project with my brother. This project is developed by Casagrand. The project promised to provide 100% Vastu-compliant apartments. Some of the other amenities that this project included; a gym, spa, sauna, play lawn, maids, and driver’s room. Another important thing is that this project also consists of a creche. I was planning to send my daughter there. Overall, I am satisfied with this project.

The Casagrand Royale phase 2 project is located in the prime location of

Sholinganallur, Chennai which

has been rapidly growing as a prime residential locality. Sholinganallur Bus Stop is only 850m away. Dollar Bus Stop, Ponniamman Koil Bus Stop, and Sathyabama Bus Stop are 1.4 km, 2.3 km, and 5.0 km away respectively. Chennai International Airport has located 21.5 km from Casagrand Royale. Also, the Chennai Central Railway Station is present 26.4 km from the project. The project’s locational advantages were one of the points that I considered while booking an apartment in this project.
