New Delhi, being the capital of the country, is always a good place to have investments. It is for sure that the investments are going to yield good profits. I would suggest that you check out www.nobroker.com as they are experts in handling such properties. Many NRIs have been using No Broker's service and are quite satisfied.

“Are property management companies worth it to NRI” is a popular query among NRIs who own properties in India. NRIs usually struggle with managing their properties in India and they generally ask their family and friends back home to help them out. However, the issue with letting your friends and family manage your properties is that they aren’t professionals, and they also have chores of their own. This only adversely affects the properties. So, is hiring a property management company worth it? The answer is yes. Well, NRIs who rent out their properties in Delhi especially face issues when students move after a year ends, and people switch locations and jobs. The time-consuming process of advertising properties, displaying them to genuine tenants, and then managing new tenants from overseas becomes stressful. This is when a property management company comes into the picture. They take over all the responsibilities and hassles, not just for tenants and renting but also for maintenance and selling. However, you should only consider reputed companies like NoBroker. NoBroker, especially, helps you with buying/selling/renting out your properties, home maintenance, document assistance, end-to-end property management, online rental agreement, and so much more. You may have the question in mind, are property management companies worth it to NRI. Buying property in New Delhi and handing it over to a Property Manager is not a good idea for NRIs. I've had two different Property Managers for my property, and neither one has done a good job. The only thing your property manager cares about is receiving and cashing your monthly check. The questions like is hiring a property manager worth it and is hiring a property management company worth it may constantly pop up in your mind. Any Property Manager will not be able to meet your expectations in terms of degree of service. Avoid the concept and reality of "investment houses" at all costs, whether in New Delhi or elsewhere. Investing firms that don't perform as expected. If you're looking to make an investment, I recommend going with stocks, mutual funds, or any other type of security. You should never invest in real estate or property by relying on a property manager. So you have got the answer to the question, is a property management company worth it.

  • You may have question in your mind like are property management companies worth it to NRI or is
  • hiring a property manager worth it. I will try to resolve these queries. It doesn't sound good to buy a
  • house and then turn it over to a property manager. After getting the mandate, the property
  • manager's behaviour turns 180 degrees. The property manager talks softly and makes all the
  • promises the potential client wants to hear. They won't tell you how much the property is actually
  • rented for. There will be a lack of regular property upkeep, but you will continue to receive
  • maintenance bills on a monthly basis.
  • If they travel to the property site to check it out, they will charge you a lot of money under the
  • heading of transfer. As a result, it is recommended that an NRI should not hand over any of the
  • property to a property manager after acquisition. I think after reading this, your questions like is a
  • property management company worth it and is hiring a property management company worth it
