I hope I am making sense to you. Last year in the month of April, I acquired a beautiful three-bedroom property in Rajasthan. Before I signed the papers and made the final payment. I wanted to check the land record. I asked a friend, Googled the method, and spoke to my uncle about it. I found out that the Revenue department of Rajasthan called Apna Khata Rajasthan has been created. Here, all the land records are mentioned. I also found that Rajasthani locals refer to this process as Jamabandi or Bhulekh.   I will share the online plot registration check process below. Follow the steps and I am sure you will get the necessary result.

• Open the land records website aka Apna Khata Rajasthan with the link apnakhata.raj.nic.in.
• Then select the district from the list given on the website.
• Once you select the district of your choice, a new window will open up.
• There you will need to select Tehsil areas.
• You will then see a list of villages on the screen, choose the village of your choice.
• Select the year for which you need to see the Apna Khata Rajasthan land record.
• Enter necessary information like name, address, pin code, etc.
• Then you will need to enter khata, khasra, name, USN and GSN.
• Hit on the enter button.
