I have a small plot of 3750 sft and thinking to give to a builder with power of attorney to construct flat and sell out. What will be my stake after he sells out?
The stake completely depends upon the JDA (Joint Development Agreement) that is being signed. Don't just give a power of attorney and give complete rights to the builder.
General ownership of site owner will be in the range of 40-60%. Hope this helps.
