The best thing to do right now is to wait for 2-3 years. Due to the pandemic, the property has gone down all across the country. You can wait for the prices to appreciate and in the meantime, rent it out.
If you still want to sell the property, I would suggest posting your property details online on real estate websites. You will save a lot of money if you don’t approach a broker.
Also, you should consider painting the flat; getting all the repairing work done and also get the house cleaned so that it looks appealing. Consider yourself as a buyer and accordingly try to rework on your apartment.
