The value of the flat depends very much on the society . More the facilities, security and amenities offered for the convenience of the residents, greater is the market value. If you possess a flat in high rise , latest constructed projects the market value is higher compared to very average properties.
So the value ranges from 1.25 crores to 50 or 60 lakhs.
