Hi, To evict your tenants, you will need to serve them with a formal notice. You should explain a reason for evicting them in this notice.  If they don't leave the property, you'll need to submit an initial rent control original petition (RCOP). Following that, the court will continue the process as in a civil lawsuit and, after hearing from both parties, will issue an eviction order.
