Is Container House Legal in India?

The concept of a container house is mostly prevalent in outside nations but I was not sure is container house legal in India. After consulting with some friends about it, I learned that a container house was first built in India more than a decade ago by Ramamurthy Nagar in Bangalore. It might not be a very common thing here but is legal to live in.

In India, there is no such rule to live in container houses. The authorities have not yet introduced any special method to get permission to build a container home for living. As of now, no rule needs to be followed before building a container home. This is mainly because the concept is still not in vogue and once it becomes, rules will start cropping up.
