    Mumbai is the economical capital of the country and has been expanding due to the same reason. Currently, due to unavailability of land in the major areas like Nariman Point, Bandra, Central Mumbai and so on, many industries including the SMSEs, IT sector and others are setting up in the outskirts like Kharbao, Bhiwandi, Dunge Kalwar and nearby areas. This, in turn, has made these areas a great option for investment. In fact, according one the recent reports, Thane is one of the Top 20 cities in the world for investment purposes.

    Apart from huge availability of land, these areas have excellent connectivity to the major parts of the city. One can reach Navi Mumbai and Western part of Mumbai through Ghodbunder Road, JVLR, SCLR, Eastern Freeway, NH 8, Mumbai-Nashik Highway and the Thane-Belapur Road.
