  1. 1. Currently, the property rates in Handewadi, Pune is around Rs. 5286/sq ft. It is a developing residential area in the outskirts of Pune. It is located in the south-east part of Pune and is surrounded by areas like Undri, Pisoli, Holkarwadi, Yewalewadi, and Kondhwa. Hadapsar is only 6 km from Handewadi so there is a great demand for rental accommodation (Magarpatta IT hub and Hadapsar MIDC).

    The market value is pretty good in this area. The rental value is also quite good. Apart from this, the area is still developing and many people have a complaint of load shedding issues in this area.
