However, you need to give an advanced notice as mentioned on the agreement or pay the amount as mentioned on the agreement. For example, the agreement mentions that you either give a 2-month notice or pay 2 months rent and vacate the house. You can also stay for a month and pay one month rent if the owner agrees.

Hi Buddy, I have been residing in a rental house for 5 years in Bangalore.
