What Are The Reviews Of Assetz Soho & Sky, Yelahanka Hobli, Bengaluru?

When I visited this Assetz Soho & Sky project, I discovered that the project is a RERA-registered one and the RERA ID is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/250322/004785. This project is an under-construction one, and the expected possession is by July 2025. I was also informed that the price of apartments ranges from Rs. 2.04 Crores - Rs. 2.86 Crores.

I visited this project with my brother. This project is developed by the Assetz Property Group. I am writing this Assetz Soho & Sky review to highlight some of its great amenities. It consists of a premium clubhouse, and a top-notch gym, along with CCTV cameras and security personnel. They are also providing a world-class sparkling pool and rainwater harvesting facility. I am satisfied with this project's construction.

I was planning to buy an apartment in this Assetz Soho & Sky project. However, one of my friends, Ashish informed me that this project has several legal issues which they won’t inform the clients until they place the booking order and make the booking payment. After which, you might need to chase them to get your money back. They don't even reply to emails. Can anyone please let me know what’s the legal status of this project? I am a little worried and want to get further information before investing my hard-earned money in this project.
