According to me, an under-construction project is better if you are looking for investment. The prices are lower as compared to that of a ready-to-move property with similar size, scope, location and amenities.
Also, the cost of an under-construction property rises with stages of completion. You must have observed that the price of an under-construction unit at the time of booking is lower than that at the time of taking possession. As the best time to sell a property is between 3-5 years after getting possession. The appreciation of the constructed property is the highest at that point. So if you invest now, the rates would be lower and on the other hand, the profits or the returns would be much higher than the investment.
