Jigani is located near the Electronic City and is mainly well-known for the Jigani industrial area. It is located on National Highway (NH)-7 which connects Bangalore to Hosur in Tamil Nadu. Due to this, Jigani has become a paramount real estate hotspot. The area has been attracting a lot of attention from many first-time home buyers and potential investors.
The home buyers/renters are majorly IT professionals who have migrated to this area, because of its proximity to Electronic City. Another plus point of Jigani is that it has various lakes, namely Hennagara Lake, and Jigani Lake.
The Property prices in Jigani have gone up by 13.5% (2019-2020) and 11.6%(2018-2019). The trend is quite promising and investment would be a great option in Jigani.
