Hi Friend, I have been saving for a long time to buy myself a dream home in Bangalore. Hence I was hunting for a dream place when I came across Provident Park Square on Kanakapura road. I was ecstatic and personally visited the property. I also had a conversation with the property manager who provided me with the price configuration as follows:

Before investing in this project, I was apprehensive about the builder. However, before making my purchase, I did some research on my own. I'd want to write one of my favourable Provident Park Square Kanakapura road reviews. 

Puravankara Limited is a renowned listed real estate company in India with a 45-year history. Puravankara has offices in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, Coimbatore, Mangaluru, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, and Goa, as well as in the Gulf Cooperation Council and Sri Lanka. Bengaluru is home to the company's headquarters. Puravankara's subsidiary Provident Housing Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary. 

Apart from the builder's reputation, I chose the project since it is RERA certified.

Hi,

I am a proud owner of a 2 BHK flat in Provident Park Square. I was highly impressed due to its locality. The Kanakapura Road suburban region, located in Bengaluru's southern corner, is one of Bengaluru's green areas, as it is currently under government administration. In the last ten years, it has grown at a breakneck pace. The established areas of Konanakunte, Kumaraswamy Layout, JP Nagar, Talagattapura, Banashankari, and Anjanapura surround the region. Kanakapura Road has established itself as a popular real estate location, mainly for tier 1 complexes.

Kanakapura Road connects to both the NICE Ring Road and the Outer Ring Road, providing access to Electronic City, ORR, and Sarjapur Road, which are all important IT hubs. Furthermore, the region is served by Namma Metro's Green Line, which is already operational (Nagasandra-Yelachenahalli).

This metro line runs parallel to Kanakapura Road and provides extensive coverage throughout the city. In addition, Phase 2 of the Green Line extension is underway, which will run along the Kanakapura Road from Yelachenahalli to Anjanapura Township. However, my office is in Global village tech park which is also easily accessible from Kanakapura.

I was very interested in Provident Park Square, Kanakapura, Bangalore so I tried to gather as many Provident Park Square reviews as possible. However, almost all of them were negative ones. The Provident Park Square complaints I got were actually true. Here are some of them

  • You will be charged separately for BESCOM and Cauvery connection and it's a lot

  • The Provident Park Square construction status is still under process and they never clearly say when will it get completed

  • Water and electricity connection is poor. You won’t get them 24*7

  • The officials there will say the Provident Park Square price starts from Rs 40 lakhs but No. You have to pay extra charges for water, approval, and amenities and the cost is no less than 1 lakh on average

  • The worst part is that they will somewhat force you to book an apartment there for Rs 2 lakhs. When my friend said no and was coming back, they asked her to pay Rs 30,000 for now. So just see the difference

  • If you see the Provident Park Square floor plan, as mentioned by Arpita Ji, you will understand the apartments are not very spacious. Investing lakhs for such apartments will not be a very smart move

I personally felt that the Provident Park Square progress is not happening. They were supposed to complete the project by June 2022 but I don’t think it will even get completed this year. Sorry, but I won’t rate this project anything more than 1 out of 5.

I checked out this project in August 2022 and am worried about the Provident Park Square resale value. You will get a rotten smell 24*7 coming out from the drains and gutters just beside it. They have not at all worked on their drainage system and did not bother to take any initiative to correct things.  If you check other Provident Park Square reviews, you will see how many people are annoyed with this project. They have used

  • Poor quality doors

  • Walls are all full of pores

  • The apartments seem a decade old due to stains on them

  • There are several leakage issues in the apartment shown to us

  • Rust is clearly visible on the window panes

 

The Provident Park Square location might be good but still the apartments are not worthy to be sold for 40 lakhs. They delay the handover since they have not got the khata and trust me, these words are coming out of their mouths since 2020. So you decide whether you will invest here or not. I checked the Provident Park Square master plan through NoBroker and you can do the same.

Hi, I was looking for a 2 BHK in Bangalore after shifting permanently to the city. I visited Provident Park on the Kanakapura Road. So, I can share the Provident Park Square reviews with you. The biggest advantage is that the flat will be ready to move in from December this year, which is the ideal time for us. 

As far as the Provident Park Square project size is concerned, the area of the township is a massive 20 acres. The Talaghattapura Metro Station is nearby, with an easy commute to Electronic City through the Nice Ring Road.

The starting price for the 2 BHK is Rs. 78 Lakhs, which falls somewhere around our budget. So, we’re looking forward to booking the flat.

We were searching for a flat near Kanakpura Road, and the Provident Park Square location suited us a lot. Since both of our offices are near this project, we thought of inquiring more about the offerings here. The amenities here are immense, with a gymnasium, cricket net, jogging track, amphitheatre, swimming pool and roughly 30 more such luxurious amenities.

Another positive is that the OC for the homes has been received and the Provident Park square RERA number has also been given, which is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/180507/001648 for the second phase of the project. 

I checked the website for the Provident Park Square 1BHK price, but couldn’t find it anywhere on the page. So, I recommend you contact the builder directly for accurate details. 

If you’re looking for a trusted housing option in Kanakapura, I guess this would be a good opportunity for you.
