As per my knowledge you need these documents:
a. Cidco transfer procedure (Requires Builder/Soceity NOC, Copy of Sale Agreement between you and seller)
b. Mortgage NOC (Requires CIDCO transfer completed, Mortgage Letter from Bank, Affidavit saying you do not have any other loans for the said property)
You can get it by filling out and submitting the Mortgage NOC form on the CIDCO website
