There is a civil way that buildings manage owners with pets. You can always request them, and at times put rules into the building rules as long as they make sense. Remember, the rules you formulate should not single them out or aim to hurt them or their animals. You can add rules like clean up after your pets, but you can’t add rules like no pets allowed. You can have pet friendly zones, but you can’t say don’t bring your pet outside your home.
