Kompally, is a fast growing residential locality situated in North Hyderabad. It offers very good connectivity as it is located adjacent to NH44 and is also well connected to NH7 towards Nagpur. It is close to Outer Ring Road well.
Kompally has many affordable gated communities /societies in an peaceful environment. Currently, property Price ranges from Rs. 4500-5000/sqft in Kompally. But for a few premium societies/villas prices go as high as Rs. 7000/sqft.
