c. Facilities like several reputed international schools, multispeciality hospitals, malls and more are abundantly available.
d. Bangalore is most preferred due to its climatic conditions. The climate is cool all over the year and hence many people do not move out of Bangalore.
Cons
a. The cost of living in Bangalore is on the higher side. From the property rent to basic facilities like transportation, everything is on the higher price range in this city.
b. The major disadvantage of living in Bangalore is traffic. Many people spend 2-3 hours daily commuting to their office.
c. The property rates in Bangalore are touching the sky. After Mumbai and Delhi, Bangalore is the most expensive city in the entire country. You will have to spend a lot while buying an apartment in Bangalore.
