I have been using NoBroker’s rent pay for my rent payment and I don’t feel they are charging a lot. I have been using their service for the past six months and the charges are very less (1% - I pay Rs 100 on 10000).
The best part about NoBroker’s rent payment is that I get a rent receipt immediately. I have been claiming my HRA quite easily now.
